    10-27” Bipod

Posted by Jay Salitza on Jan 15th 2026

I am specifically buying the Extreme bipod for predator hunting. I like the ballhead feature and height. The Extreme bipod is not something I believe I would use otherwise on a western hunt. It is just too complex to take a quick shot with how you have to get set up. Arguably I would say the competition for this bipod (Tricer RP) is the same with complexity. So if you are okay with all the clicks and buttons to get set up, I personally like this one better than Tricer because of the thumb lever and ballhead. I think Extreme Bipod needs the picatanny connection to be a higher quality or let me use a third party like ADM. if I so choose. I generally use Spartan for western hunting. I will also disclose I have not used the Extreme bipod yet as I just received. So this review is based upon my QC and evaluation of the product at home. FYI - the rear rest product is awesome!
