Great Product & Customer Service!
I just wanted to express my extreme pleasure with Extreme Store products and customer service. In early 2020, I had my first 6.5 PRC custom rifle built by my gunsmith. When searching for the ultimate lightweight/serviceable bipod, I came across the Extreme Gen II. Upon arrival, I was instantly impressed with the build quality and functionality of the Rugged Ridge Extreme Gen II. During the 2020 season I took many animals with my 6.5 PRC off the Extreme Pod. I killed my best mule deer buck on a backpack hunt in Utah at 770 yards. I then killed a great white tail buck in Montana at 568 yards. My season ended back in Utah in January 2021 on a late season cow elk hunt. During this hunt, the right side foot came off my Gen II pod! Upon further inspection, I realized the foot needed to be tightened with the leg extended, or it would not tighten down completely. I realized that my missing foot was completely my fault and that I could still use the bipod without the foot, but it just didn’t feel right using it in that manner. I decided to call the Extreme Store and ask if they could sell me another foot. I never expected they would overnight ship me one to my friend’s house for free! A quick trip to town, and I was back in action. That was a phenomenal experience and something I will not forget. Thank you! John Daly

Awesome product
I first owned the gen 1 bipod with the longer legs, it was great, but wanted to see what all this hype was about the Javelin bipod, so I got it. I'm no expert but to me the rugged ridge bipod is so much better then all the others. The one thing I would love to see as maybe a Gen 3 with articulating feet so if your on uneven ground the entire feet would be making contact. Not sure how it could be done, but if anyone can figure it out it would be Bob Beck. Thanks for an awesome product.

Finally, a super lite, detachable bipod for hunters !
We just finished a couple of long distance/multi use game Hunting gas guns. Bought this pod system to easily switch between the Ar10 in .308, and the M4 built in 6.5 Grendel. Very lite, strong, and easy to use. Will be stretched out in Eastern Wa here next week for a little predator shooting as the weather turns. +1

Very Stable and super easy to adjust!!
I mounted this on 6.5 Creedmoor Christensen Arms MPR, I wanted the carbon fiber because my rifle is mostly carbon fiber. When I got it I ended up liking it better than any Bi-pod I own. I won't name names but they are all in the same price range and higher. With the Extreme you have the ability to adjust the leg where you want not where they click in place. The pivot ball and lock are the cats meow in adjust-ability. I truly can't say enough. I have no negatives at all with this product!

Literally Even Better than Described or Expected, Seriously.
I'm not sure I've even got the words, which is rare, to adequately describe this bipod, it's simply incredible. My only complaint which I'll air out early is that the feet aren't perhaps as tacky or made with soft enough rubber to grip like I'd prefer. That's it. That's the only negative. The thing is built like a well engineered piece of spacecraft equipment. I'm someone who is used to using and abusing my beloved Atlas bipods so this was certainly a departure from what I'm used to and I couldn't be more pleased. The legs extend easily but not so easily that they slide out too quickly. They fold out with a stiff and positive mechanical "click" that you can hear and most importantly feel. When you throw the lever just a tiny amount however is where this bipod comes alive and truly separates itself from every other bipod in the world. With little more than a slight movement of the lever you get to experience the ball and socket which is the real heart and soul of this bipod. All of a sudden you are able to pivot forward to shoot downhill, cant from left to right and swivel to cover everything that might move in front of you. It's like being born all over again with new super abilities when you've spent a lifetime behind "normal" or conventional bipods. What once would have required big full body moves, resetting the rifle, getting back behind and getting comfortable now is able to be done with a half inch movement of a lever within easy reach. Sounds so simple I know, but once you're behind your rifle, settled in on your glass and get to experience it, it becomes something you'll not soon forget. Like probably every other shooter who gets to use this thing it boggles my mind why no one has thought of this before. And to be honest, perhaps they have and just haven't executed like Extreme. Whatever the case is this is simply the finest bipod your money can and will likely ever buy. And to be super clear I'm not in any way tied to Extreme, they don't sponsor me, I paid the same price as everyone else and had to wait for it's release like everyone else. I'm just one "extremely" satisfied client who can't give enough praise to this item and try to let everyone I come in contact with get a few minutes behind this thing to truly appreciate why. So if you're debating between high-end bipods like this one, Atlas etc. I assure you that you won't be disappointed going this route as this thing will do all the Atlas and the like will do PLUS. Literally even better than described or expected. Seriously.
