Mountain tracker
I ordered this stock and it was all that I hoped it would be. I like the built in ARCA and picatiny rail. I was able to get it out to the range after installing my Christensen Arms Ridgeline chambered in 300 win mag into the stock (had to shorten the action screws). I did not bed the action to the stock. I was able to spot my impacts at 650 yards and was satisfied with the 6" group at that range. The rifle is more controlled when shooting and it has tamed the kick up of the muzzle. The weight is 4oz less then my ridgeline stock (this stock weighed 29.7oz). I would not hesitate to buy another one.

Mcmillan mountain tracker
These mcmillan stocks are a work of art. Fit my Christensen ridgline geat. You dont have to but I decided to bedded the recoil lug. And I needed to shave a couple threads off the factory action screws. love the ergonomics of this stock it really helps tame felt recoil out of my 300wm. Andthe accessories it comes with are perfect for a light weight mountain hunting rig.
