At the upper end of its zoom range this scope resolves mirage, impact splash, and target edges that lower-power optics simply flatten out — which is precisely what PRS production-class shooters and precision rimfire competitors are paying for.
Because the reticle sits in the first focal plane, it grows and shrinks with the image, so its subtensions stay true at every power setting. A hold measured at low magnification is the same hold at high magnification. The MOA-XT is the gridded reticle in the pair.
