Processing times

In-stock items placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Pacific ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship Monday. We do not ship on holidays.

Items marked backordered, made to order, or drop-shipped from the manufacturer carry the lead time shown on the product page.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, via USPS or UPS. We do not ship internationally, and we are not able to ship to Canada.

Continental United States — Standard shipping $9.99. Expedited options are shown at checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii — higher rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
Some products ship free. Where that applies it is stated on the product page and the free option appears at checkout.

Ammunition

We ship loaded ammunition throughout the United States, subject to the following:

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle ammunition, and 21 where required by law. By placing an order you certify that you meet the minimum age requirement.
An adult signature is required at delivery. Ammunition will not be left unattended.
Ammunition cannot ship to a P.O. Box. A physical street address is required.
Ammunition ships ground service only. Air and expedited service are not available.
It is your responsibility to know and follow the ammunition laws that apply where you live. Placing an order certifies that receiving the ammunition is lawful at your delivery address.
Where a state, county or municipality prohibits direct-to-consumer ammunition shipment or requires delivery through a licensed intermediary, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it in full. We will contact you before doing so.

Suppressors and NFA items

The Extreme Store does not sell or ship suppressors or other National Firearms Act items. Those are handled by our sister company, MOA Rifles, which holds the licensing required to transfer NFA items.

Suppressor accessories such as end caps and muzzle brakes are not NFA items. They are unregulated parts and ship directly to you like any other product.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. If tracking has not arrived within two business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at 541-526-1820.

Lost or damaged shipments

Inspect your package on arrival. Report visible shipping damage to us within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the item, so we can file a carrier claim. Claims reported after that window may not be recoverable from the carrier.
