These Terms of Service govern your use of extremestore.us and any purchase you make from The Extreme Store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site, and at least 21 where federal, state or local law requires it for a particular product. By placing an order you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and that you are not prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing the items in your order.
2. Regulated products and your responsibility
We sell ammunition, ammunition components, rifle components, optics, and National Firearms Act (NFA) items including suppressors. Laws governing these products vary considerably between states and municipalities and change frequently.
You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply where you live and where the order is delivered. Placing an order is your certification that the purchase, receipt and possession of every item in it is lawful for you at your delivery address. We are not responsible for your compliance with your local law, and we cannot advise you on it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the sale would be unlawful, and to refund it in full.
3. NFA items
The Extreme Store does not sell National Firearms Act items. Suppressors and other NFA products are sold and transferred by MOA Rifles. Suppressor accessories sold here are unregulated parts and are not subject to NFA transfer requirements.
4. Reloading components — assumption of risk
We sell bullets, brass and other reloading components. Handloading ammunition is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury, death, and destruction of property.
Always use current published load data from the component manufacturer or a recognized reloading manual. Start below maximum and work up while watching for pressure signs. Never substitute components in a published load without consulting current data.
We sell components only. We do not provide load data and we assume no liability for ammunition you assemble, for its performance, or for any injury or damage resulting from its use. If you are new to reloading, seek qualified instruction before you begin.
Once-fired brass is a used product. It is sorted by headstamp and sold as-is, uncleaned and unprocessed, exactly as described on the product page. Inspect and measure every case before loading it. You are responsible for determining that any case is safe to reload.
5. No export
Many items sold here are subject to United States export control law. You may not export or re-export any product purchased from us. We ship within the United States only.
6. Orders, pricing and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or stock we do not have.
Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after your order is confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.
7. Product information
We work hard to describe products accurately and to source specifications from the manufacturer. We do not warrant that every description, specification, image or price is complete, current or error-free. Manufacturers change specifications without notice.
8. Warranties
Products carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, and that warranty is between you and the manufacturer. We will help you open a claim. Beyond the express terms of our Refund & Return Policy, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Extreme Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, product photography, logos and page design — is owned by The Extreme Store or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
11. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted when you place an order governs that order.
