Berger .264 156gr Elite Hunter
Only bullet I will use in my 6.5 PRC’s. Most accurate of all I have tried and excellent results on deer and elk. Have never needed more than one shot.

EOL stands for Extreme Outer Limits — Berger's heaviest, highest-BC hunting bullet in the calibre. Long-nose hybrid ogive, so it tolerates seating depth changes far better than a VLD. The trade is length: check it fits your magazine and that your throat has room before you commit to a box.
Its G7 form factor is 0.921. Anything under 1.0 means less drag than the G7 standard, and 0.921 puts this among the more efficient bullets Berger makes — it holds velocity and shrugs off wind better than its weight alone suggests.
Of everything Berger lists in 6.5 mm, this carries the highest G7 BC. If you are reaching for the far end of what the calibre will do, this is the one.
Check your twist first. Berger specifies a 1:8" minimum for this bullet. Slower than that and you may still get groups, but you will not get the published BC — the bullet has to be fully asleep to fly to its numbers.
